Shipping policy

Upon purchasing from RoyalRingz Jewelry, you are indicating that you have thoroughly read and comply with our refund & shipping policy.

RoyalRingz Jewelry Is not responsible for any delays or damages that can possibly occur during the shipping process(for all untracked and uninsured items). We are also not responsible for any lost, stolen, or packages delivered to the incorrect address, but we will assist you in getting compensated from the delivery courier.

Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee parcels will be returned to us (If you miss the delivery multiple times or input the incorrect address). Please double check your address before checking out. 

RoyalRingz Jewelry is not responsible for delays with the shipping method you select. Please contact the courier for further information on your parcel. In event that your item is delayed or on hold in the mail, you are not eligible for a refund because your item was fulfilled and will arrive to you within due time.

Orders placed after 6pm EST will not begin processing until the next business day (unless indicated otherwise). Orders placed on weekends will not begin processing until the next business day (unless indicated otherwise).

Processing Time: Orders have a processing time of 1-4 business days (unless indicated otherwise). Depending on business needs, this processing time may vary. 

Preorders are scheduled on their own distinct timing that will be indicated during or before your time of purchase. 


Shipping Costs

We offer WORLDWIDE shipping. All shipping costs are visible at checkout depending on your location. 



Please allow 4-6 hours (business days only!) to receive a pickup notification. You will be contacted via your email address or phone number with the necessary information. Please be advised that pickups are only Monday - Friday from 12 pm - 7:30 pm and Saturday 1pm - 7pm. 

You are never permitted to come to the pickup location(s) without an appointment and permission from whoever is regulating your pickup. 

If you are running late, or need to reschedule, please contact me in advance. 

Once you’re handed your items, they are now your responsibility.

For contactless pickups, please note you must be on time! Royal Ringz Jewelry is not responsible for any pickup orders which may go missing due to you missing your pickup appointment. 

Your jewelry was made and packaged with care. Please return the favour by taking good care of your new items.
