Upon purchasing from RoyalRingz Jewelry, you are indicating that you have thoroughly read and comply with our refund & shipping policy.
Your jewelry was made and packaged with care. Please return the favour by taking good care of your new items.
All orders are carefully packaged, and thoroughly inspected 2-3 times to ensure your purchase is up to quality. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer customer service assistance at our email address support@royalringzjewelry.com and on our customer service text-only line 905-208-2081.
All orders are documented before shipping for legal purposes.
EXCEPTIONS:
(1) In event that you receive the wrong item(s), we will gladly exchange any unopened products. We will cover the cost of all items shipped to you. Refunds are also available upon requests.
(2) In event that you recieve the incorrect quantity of items, we will gladly compensate you for the missing item(s), or ship the item to you (free of cost).
RoyalRingz Jewelry Is not responsible for any delays or damages that can possibly occur during the shipping process. We are also not responsible for any lost, stolen, or packages delivered to the incorrect address (unless indicated otherwise). Please keep in mind that once you take the jewelry out of its packaging, it’s now up to you to handle it with care.
